Aisian Garden Salad

In this case, the dressing of the salad MAKES the salad.

Salad Greens
1 can of mandarin oranges
1/4 C chopped pecan

Vinaigrette:
3 T orange juice
2 t balsamic vinegar
1 t olive oil
1 t honey
1 t Dijon mustard
1 t soy sauce or worshestershire sauce
1/2 t fresh ginger, grated
1 garlic clove, minced

Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and enjoy!
